1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form the agreement between the following parties:
Service Provider: Gökhan Man Style ("We", "the Company")

Service Recipient: The person using our site / app / venue
("You", "the User")
By accessing our site or creating an account you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

- Online appointment booking
- Customer account (history, preferences)
- WhatsApp / SMS / email reminders
3. Account Creation and Responsibility
Account Requirements
- You must be 18 or older
- You must provide accurate and current information (especially phone)
- You are responsible for the security of your account
- Multiple accounts are prohibited (abuse)
Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended for:
- Wrong/false information
- 5+ no-shows
- Aggressive/abusive behavior toward our staff
- Creating fake appointments (testing)
- Breaching system security
- Violating KVKK / Consumer Law
4. Appointment Terms
Booking
- Online: 24/7 available
- Phone/WhatsApp: Working hours (08:00–21:00 Mon–Sat)
- Walk-in: When available (priority is given to booked customers)
Cancellation
- Up to 24 hours before: Free, one-click
- Less than 24 hours: Notification appreciated, no fee
- No-show: 3 no-shows = warning, 5 no-shows = block
Late Arrival
- Up to 15 minutes tolerated — but the appointment is shortened
- 15+ minutes: appointment auto-canceled, rebooking required
Rescheduling
- Up to 24 hours before: one-click
- Less than that: by phone/WhatsApp
5. Service Guarantee (Consumer Law)
Satisfaction
- If you are not satisfied tell us right away (in store or via WhatsApp)
- Free revision within 1 week (for cuts)
- After that: supportive treatment at the next visit
Refund Right (TBK 6502 + Article 28)
- Service not delivered: full refund
- Service incomplete: partial or full refund (Owner's discretion)
- Service delivered but unsatisfactory: priority is revision; if needed, Owner-approved refund
- Consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply — service is rendered immediately (TBK 6502 Article 4 exception)
Health Issues (Allergies, etc.)
- If a customer has a product allergy/reaction:
- Medical care costs are covered by us
- Full refund of the appointment fee
- Written apology and a complimentary appointment
6. Payment
Methods
- Credit/debit card (POS)
- Cash
- Gift Card (if available)
Payment Time
- At the venue: After service, at the cashier
- Online: Site does not currently show prices (no-prices policy), no online payment
Receipt / Invoice
- Individual: e-receipt automatic (POS)
- Corporate: e-invoice (issued manually by the Owner)
- VAT: 18% (2026 — verify)
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited on the site, at the venue, or via our communication channels:
- ❌ Creating fake appointments
- ❌ Automated attacks on the site
- ❌ Harassment of our staff
- ❌ Disturbing other customers at the venue
- ❌ Smoking, alcohol, drugs inside the venue
- ❌ Advertising competing businesses
- ❌ Copyright/trademark infringement (logo copying, etc.)
- ❌ Hygiene violations (visibly ill while attending)
- ❌ Leaving children unattended at the venue
Violation: account suspension + legal proceedings.
8. Intellectual Property
What Is Ours
The following belong to Gökhan Man Style:
- Logo, brand colors
- Web design, code
- Content (blog posts, glossary, FAQ)
- Visual arrangement inside the venue
- "Gökhan Man Style" trade name
Unauthorized copying is prohibited (Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works).
Customer Content
Our customers' reviews and photos (provided by them):
- Belong to the customer
- The customer with consent grants us permission to use them on our gallery / social media
- Consent can be withdrawn → content removed within 24 hours
9. Liability Limit
Our Responsibility
- Service quality
- Hygiene + health
- Personal data security
- Contract performance
Limitations
- Loss of customer belongings at the venue (your responsibility)
- Temporary site outages (out of our control)
- Conditions preventing your visit due to weather
Force Majeure
In force majeure events (earthquake, fire, epidemic, government closure) the contract is suspended; neither party can claim damages.
10. KVKK / Privacy

11. Termination
By You
- You may request to close your account
- 7-day grace period followed by anonymization
By Us
- Prohibited conduct (Section 7 above)
- Account inactive for 12 months (after warning)
12. Dispute Resolution
First, a Conversation
- If you have an issue, talk to us first: gokhanmanstyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp
- Most issues are resolved within 24 hours
Court
If unresolved:
- Competent court: Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices
- Consumer disputes: Consumer Arbitration Committee (Mersin)
- Turkish law applies
Consumer Arbitration Committee
You may apply to the District Consumer Arbitration Committee (subject to the dispute amount limit).
13. Changes to These Terms
- 30 days' advance notice for material changes
- Email + site banner
- Continued use means acceptance of the new Terms
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid the remaining provisions are unaffected.
