Mandatory disclosure under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Customers must see and approve this at every data collection point.

2. Processing Purposes and Legal Basis

Performance of Contract (KVKK 5/2-c)

Purpose: Providing the appointment service, reminder messages, invoicing

Data: Name, phone, appointment history

Retention: For the duration of the customer relationship + 5 years (Turkish Code of Obligations)

Legal Obligation (KVKK 5/2-ç)

Purpose: Tax, financial records, invoice retention

Data: Name, tax no (for corporate customers), appointment/payment details

Retention: 5–10 years (Tax Procedure Law)

Legitimate Interest (KVKK 5/2-f)

Purpose: System security, site improvement

Data: IP hash, device info, anonymous usage statistics

Retention: 12 months

Explicit Consent (KVKK 5/1)

Purpose: Marketing messages, health data processing

Data: Marketing preferences, health information

Retention: For the duration of the consent (revocable at any time)

3. Data Transfer

Domestic

Your data is shared with the following parties as required by service:

  • Tax accountant (tax/accounting)
  • Lawyer (only in case of legal disputes)

Cross-border (KVKK Article 9)

Our website uses international cloud hosting and content delivery (CDN) service providers. WhatsApp may be used for communication. These providers are bound by data processing agreements (DPA) and standard contractual clauses (SCC) under KVKK Article 9.

Mapbox (Map Service):

The interactive map on our contact page is provided by Mapbox. When the map loads, your IP address and technical usage statistics (zoom level, tile loading time, etc.) are transferred anonymously to Mapbox servers (events.mapbox.com). When additional services (email delivery, SMS, online payment, etc.) become active, this notice will be updated and any required consents will be obtained.

Your data is processed over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our servers are protected with security measures aligned with KVKK and international standards. Access controls, regular backups and KVKK staff training are in place to prevent unauthorized access.
